House Keeping Department

Short Description:
Job starts at 9AM and will end when you are done with your rooms. Depending on the numbers of the rooms you might finish your work earlier or later in the day.  This is a physically demanding job, you should be able to lift up to 50LB on regular basis, and work with cleaning chemicals all day.

Night Auditor

Short Description:
Hours:12 midnight- 8AM. Audits the work performed during the day by other staff. Performs, reviews, and verifies the reports for accuracy and sends reports to management. Reviews and sends accounts receivable/invoices. Night Audit is also responsible for Checking in and out guests as well as taking care of guest request and inquiries and preparing breakfast in the morning. The guests are our number one priority.

Room Department Manager / Inspector

Short Description:

Housekeeping inspector inspects all guest rooms and public areas everyday to ensure the room meets and exceeds the guest expectations. Each individual guest room and all public areas must be PERFECTLY CLEAN. There is no such a thing as mostly clean, or reasonably clean; the rooms and public areas are PERFECTLY CLEAN or they are not.  

Requirements:
- Prior HK experience is required.
- Prior supervisory and/or inspection experience is required.
- Time management
- Able to implement management instructions
- Attention to details
- Organized
- Adequate knowledge of Excel and MS Environment 
- Team player

Short job description: 
The Breakfast Host/ess must be reliable, organized and attentive to the guest needs. The host/ess arrives at 5:30 AM, checks the breakfast area to be sure all is clean, prepares breakfast and serves guests during service hours, cleans all afterwards and orders food twice a week and stocks them when they arrive.
